Full co-ordination service with the overseas wedding company to ensure
your day is tailored exactly to your requirements. This includes all of the following:
Organization and translation of documents into Greek (up to 4 documents) *
Booking your ceremony at the venue of your choice.
Legal confirmation sent to you of the date and time of the ceremony and full wedding
insurance with a leading UK provider
We will arrange a meeting with your overseas co-ordinator on your arrival
and a visit to the ceremony and reception venues.
UK based co-ordinator who can be contacted at any time for any queries
you may have or changes you wish to make.
Organize translation of your wedding certificate into English.
Help with the legalities at this end so everything is done in plenty of time.
Three co-ordinators on the your wedding day:
co-ordinator with the bride
co-ordinator with the groom and other guests
co-ordinator at the reception venue until the cutting of the cake

As a thank you for using our service we also provide:

* A small additional fee is applies for extra documents.
** If you want to bring your own ribbons etc to match your colour scheme we will
dress the venue for you.

The price of this package is £995
A further £50 discount is applied for 2010 bookings
An initial deposit of £200 is required at time of booking. This covers the booking of your
ceremony, your wedding insurance which is booked in your name and sent by post to
your home address and secures our services from the point of booking until your reception.
